Keep the context. Review the change.
Kleave is an AI workspace for teams changing their ERP. It brings project context and conversations together. For supported on-site actions, Kleave Copilot prepares proposals for your team to approve.
- Platform
- ERPNext and Frappe first; other systems by review
- Access
- On request, with our team
Available actions depend on your system and integration. Ready-made, tested connections are not available for every ERP.
The request is short. The history matters.
A change request rarely explains why the current setup exists. Kleave keeps that project context with the conversation, so there is more to review than the latest message.
Illustrative review, not a demonstrated action
“Our invoice approval reaches finance twice. Can we remove one step?”
-
Bring the context
The current approval route, the reason for each check, and the change your team wants.
-
Resolve the question
Is the second review accidental, or does it serve a different purpose? That decision belongs to your team.
-
Review a supported action
If the connection and available tools support the agreed change, Kleave Copilot prepares a proposal for an authorized person to review before it is applied.
-
Keep the record
Keep the conversation and supported action records with the project for the next review.
For the people responsible for the change
Operations and finance teams
Bring a recurring approval problem, a permission question or a report request. Start with what needs to work differently and the people who need to review it.
ERP consulting teams
Bring a client request, workshop decision or handover. Keep the reasons behind the work with the project, so the next conversation can start from that context.
Built with Kleave
Our team uses Kleave in its own product development. People review the work.
-
Crystal Ball
Capacity planning and scheduling.
-
Item Converter
Stock-tracking and unit changes using a new item and stock transfer. Historical transactions stay on the original item.
Questions before early access
What is Kleave Copilot?
It is the on-site part of Kleave that prepares supported actions for your team to review. The actions available depend on the tools, connection and permissions agreed for your environment.
What does early access involve?
A conversation with our team first. We review your request and systems, then agree whether a pilot makes sense and what it would cover. Sending an inquiry does not create an account or connect to your ERP.
What does it cost?
Terms are agreed for each pilot, based on what needs connecting, building or testing. There are no published prices.
What should we not assume is available?
Ready-made support for every ERP, cross-system undo and general-purpose checks before changes are committed. Broader connections and isolated environments are development directions, not promises for your pilot.
